How do I pay?
For custom orders, we accept bank transfers and will send you a link you can use to pay once we agreed on the project and price. If you would rather pickup the item yourself to save on shipping costs, you can also pay in cash or through payConiq.
How long does it take?
For custom orders, it depends on the complexity and size of the project. We will give you an estimate when we agree on the project.
Can I return/refund an item?
We do not offer refunds for custom made items unless we messed something up on your order. We included a sizing chart for all of our clothes and you can come try on some samples before placing the final order.
Can I bring you my own goods to embroider on?
Contact us so that we can judge the material first.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for orders of 4 or more items with the same design.
